India has long been known as the land of spices, it was infact spices that made the voyager
Vasco da Gama take on the perilous journey across the seas to discover India. Discover some
age old recipes as our chef tells you the story accompanying it. 3. Preparing a sweet dish through an antique handheld mechanism cooked on a woodfired
oven. Here we let you experience the joy of seeing long noodle like dish prepared from steamed rice
cakes. 4. Beverage tasting of local drinks – taste Feni, urrack our local brews.
5. Buffet of local Goan dishes served in traditional earthen ware, bamboo baskets as we share with
your local secrets of how we lend taste to our food.
6. Tour of the villa. We would like you to soak in our food, music and architecture take with you some memories from our beautiful sunny state of Goa which was once known as the Rome of the East.
